Bethel Church Video Policy
Greetings,

Bethel Church Media looks to take you and many others higher in our walk with Christ. Bethel Church media production’s has to offer you, live editing, weekly videos, and television production for many events. We can capture the atmosphere and let it explode out to our city.
Media is another way of communicating information to another in a different place. Video is full of information. Here at Bethel Media we want to have as much clarity as possible, with that being said we want to lay down a foundation and guidelines before we get into creating a video.
The Guidelines are:
1. Services of Bethel Media must start with a conversation with you 2 weeks before the display of the video. We ask this because we want to keep this organized and we want to finish and detail this video before the due showing of the video.

3. Once a video request sheet is filled out you must meet with Noah Ashby to discuss and communicate the video you are trying to display out to the world.
4. The Cast and Crew who are going to be in your video must be assembled by you, each person must be flexible to my schedule.
5. All videos and or meetings are 2nd on the priority list to pastor Traub.
