Currently, he serves as Executive Presbyter, Region IV for Northern California and Nevada District Council. He is also on the Vision Team of Mission Greater Modesto. From 1975 to 1982 he served as District Men's Director for the Oregon District Assembly of God. He has been involved in overseas missions, Central America missions and Eastern Europe missions, which included church construction and a teaching ministry.

Pastor ministers regularly at men's conferences, men's retreats and minister's institutes. He and his wife Carol co-hosted a one-hour TV program, The 11th Hour, for eleven years.

Under his ministry, he has overseen the relocation of Bethel Church from 15th & G to Scenic Drive, four building phases, and partnership with Bethel Retirement Community. He also founded Bethel Daycare and Preschool, which is located on the church campus, open year round.

Pastor and Carol have been married forty-six years and have four married children.
